I loved the location! Right in the heart of the city, everything was super close, from shopping to great restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the morning receptionist who lent us an umbrella and power adapter. Plus, the room was cozy and had a kitchenette, which was awesome for preparing meals and relaxing after exploring.
Our bathroom fan didn’t work, which was super annoying. The mirrors were practically useless due to fog and the internet connection was down the whole time! I expected better, especially since I’ve stayed in similar places before. I left feeling a bit disappointed.

The units are unique, airy on level 1. There is a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and a cooktop. It has brilliant very central location close to central shopping area. Melbourne CBD district won't disappoint you.

Great Experience at Quality Apartments Melbourne Central
The indoor heated pool and bubbling spa under the stunning glass roof were real highlights, allowing me to unwind in a serene setting after a busy day. The fully equipped gym was also a great addition, making it easy to fit in a workout. I appreciated the friendly 24-hour reception, making my check-in and check-out seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram, plenty of restaurants, and shopping options nearby.

Cramped, ridiculously small and not as per pictures. More importantly (as we were out most of the time), please note: Towels dry & crusty, bathroom/toilet fan not working, hot water (luke warm mostly), Sofa bed barely functionable - was twisted & not level, removed matress directly onto floor - but almost useless. Lumpy & uncomfortable. Advertised to sleep 4 with functioning sofa bed - not acceptable. Luck of the draw I guess, walked past an open door of another room and lounge was larger as per website.

Location
Not enough explanation in regards to room configuration. Eg: 2 bedroom apartment- presumed both bedrooms would accomodate 4 people as per our booking. Instead- arrived and was surprised to find 1 single,1 double and a pull out sofa bed. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Stained carpets and very dirty and marked walls.

Does it deliver?
The location was superb for access to attractions and transport. I appreciated the comfortable setup, great for a cozy stay without disturbances.
Security could be improved, especially at night. It felt unsafe to venture out alone, particularly during early hours.

I had a pleasant stay at Quality Apartments, which offered a fantastic location close to all the essentials yet away from the main roads. The added security doors made me feel safe and secure. While the cleanliness in the shower could have been better, the overall amenities were satisfactory for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the friendly staff and the quiet room I requested, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

Location of hotel was great. Close to lots of shopping and cafes.
The beds was extremely uncomfortable! It was old and way pass it's use by date. Decor of the one bedroom apartment we stayed is in need of a major make over, it was uncared for, old and depressing! Not at all like the images the website. Cleanliness is poor, there were lots of hair on the blankets, the kettle has greasy marks on it and bathroom smelt gross! I guess you can't expect too much unless you're willing to pay $$$$$. Though this wasn't cheap.
